There's something about custom built-ins that can really bring a room together!

Whether it's adding much-needed storage, creating a space to display your favorite things, or making better use of an otherwise awkward area, custom built-ins combine function with great design.

At Ten Point Construction, we love creating thoughtful details that make a home feel more personal, organized, and finished.

A successful kitchen remodel starts long before the first cabinet comes out!

There's a lot that goes into the planning phase, from working through the design and establishing a realistic budget to securing permits with the town, coordinating subcontractors, and ordering materials. Custom cabinetry in particular can have significant lead times, so getting those details finalized early is important.

Taking the time to plan everything properly helps avoid unnecessary delays, keeps the project on track, and makes the entire remodeling process run a whole lot smoother.

At Ten Point Construction, we know the work that happens before construction begins is just as important as the work itself.

A finished basement is one of the best ways to get more out of the home you already have — while adding value at the same time.

Whether you're thinking about a family room, home office, gym, extra bedroom, entertainment space, or a combination of everything, an unfinished basement can have a lot of untapped potential.

Ten Point Construction can help you turn that space into something that looks and feels like a true extension of your home.

Visit our website to learn more about our remodeling services, or reach out to Mat to talk about what might be possible with your basement.

Making an existing home work better for the way you live.

This Cape in Franklin originally had just one full bathroom, located on the first floor. By cutting in a new shed dormer, we were able to create the space for an additional full bathroom upstairs giving the homeowners two full baths without changing the footprint of the home!

A relatively small project that makes a big difference in everyday function, convenience, and long-term value.
