One property. Multiple trades. One coordinated team.

Bill Jynella shares a look at the work underway at Parkcrest Apartments, including roof replacement across 17 buildings and improvements to the clubhouse, garage, and shared spaces. The project brings together roofing, painting, stucco repair, carpentry, and HVAC.

For HOAs and apartment communities, a major project can involve a lot of moving parts. First Service Roofing & Construction helps bring the right trades together under one roof.

We asked the crew a simple question:
"What motivates you to come to work?"

Every single one of them pulled out their phone.

Family. Kids. The people waiting at home.
(And one very committed guitar player — we respect it.)

This is who shows up when you call us. We figure that says
more about our work than any ad could.
