Eric is connecting the irrigation heads to the main zone line and explains the use of the combo-T connector, funny pipe (not sure why he finds it funny), and more.

This is the beginning phases of a paver patio that will be extending off of an existing concrete slab back porch.

Step 1: excavation and man versus machine. Yes, stubbornly man still wins. In this phase of the project, I am removing the topsoil and native clay soil. The goal in this phase is to properly adjust the grade and prepare the area for the next phase of installation.

This property had an area that had become overgrown and been previously neglected. The area served as a drainage basin and was intended to divert water flow through the area and under the road. However, at some point someone buried the culvert and clogged the pipe. We started by removing all of the unwanted trees, brush, debris, and earthen material. Cleared the culvert, adjusted the grade, and secured the primary drainage access area with geo-textile fabric and granite rip rap. Lastly, the surrounding areas were raked clean and overseeded with a cool-season grass blend. Happy customer. Job complete.
