Here’s a Factory Fit centermeet sliding door with transom to close in a home office in Venice, Fl. This Factory Fit design called for Poplar door panels with a 6-lite stacked glass pattern and a 4-lite transom both using Opal glass for privacy.

Factory Fit projects included materials that are made to order with very few limitations. The doors are made from scratch to accommodate any opening size or shape.

Another successful flex room door installation from our Field Fit tier to make an open home office fully private. Now, our customer feels a true sense of separation which enables him to concentrate his focus on his work and not on the activity from the rest of the home.

Our Field Fit projects include using only standard size doors in order to keep material cost lower compared to doors that are made to order. We adapt the opening to the doors using a variety of design and installation methods. For this project, the Field Fit design called for a 4-panel center meet sliding door to span the oversized opening width and a glass transom to fill in the extra height beyond what standard height doors could cover. With the right creative mindset, there is always a Field Fit design available.

Our customer wanted their flex room to be a private lounge. Visual privacy wasn’t a concern. There just needed to be a sense of separation and some noise control. So we designed a 4-panel centermeet system with full lite glass panels and a full lite glass transom to maximize light transfer as well as aesthetic elegance. Now, the kids can enjoy a movie together while the parents have a romantic stay-at-home dinner date all without hiring a baby sitter or missing bed time.

Double French doors in Poplar, painted white, with clear glass in an 8-lite grid pattern that runs through the sidelights and the transom above. The pattern repeating across all five glass panes is what makes the opening read as one piece of millwork instead of a door with filler around it.
