Hoods with "20" stores located in Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi, is a fourth generation family operated business. C.T.

We began on St.Charles Rock Road in St.Louis , Missouri. Ernie Hood embarked on the then novel idea that he would sell whatever he could offer at a low price. Customers could find anything ranging from foam rubber and upholstery material to army surplus. Today, Hoods Discount Home Center New Generation is a store honoring the past and building the future. Our inventory represents a home improvement center with a twist of the unexpected. We are proud of our reputation as a store where customers can stop in, browse and find something new and exciting every visit.
