Want to see your home on the next Parade magazine cover? The Building Industry Association of the RRV is looking for its next cover model, and your build could be front and center.

For a $3,500 advertising investment, the selected builder receives:
📸 Professional photos plus video footage ($1,600 value)
📰 Cover feature plus a 2-page magazine spread ($5,570 value)
💥 Exposure across billboards, TV, social media, and more

✨ Congratulations to Sharon Nelson and Michael Nerguson (Michael's wife, Julie, is pictured), the lucky winners of the Fall Parade of Homes Passport Game sponsored by the Building Industry Association of the RRV (Parade of Homes), and presented by Home Heating, Plumbing & A/C, Inc. and Property Resources Group! ✨

This season, many participants joined the fun by collecting stamps from 12 different builders of their choosing for a chance to win some amazing prizes!

The two bundles included:

🎁Prize Bundle 1: approximate retail value $1,750, including a Kozy Heat Osseo 60 Slim Fireplace, a charcuterie board/wine basket and a hand knit blanket.

🎁Prize Bundle 2: approximate retail value $1,500, including a five-piece Milwaukee tool kit, a GE chest freezer, a co****le board and bag set, hat & cutting board and a $100 gift card with NDSU Bison swag.

A huge thank-you to everyone who participated and to all the generous companies who donated these incredible prizes.

Proceeds from the Parade of Homes Fall Edition's luxurious featured homes totaled more than $3,300 benefitting the BIA Foundation of the Red River Valley.

These luxury featured homes didn’t just showcase incredible design and craftsmanship, they made a lasting impact. Proceeds from tickets help fund scholarships, workforce development and housing initiatives for our region.

Cassie Edwards, Heritage Homes, and Greg Mitchell, Hawthorne Custom Homes, joined the BIA at last week's Happy Hour to present a check to the Foundation this month!

Thank you to everyone who visited, supported and helped make it happen! Over the years, these homes have raised more than $190,000.
