Moon Magic & Plant Energy ✨🌿

Last night was something truly special.

A small group of women gathered at Prop Me Up, and together we created space to slow down, connect, reflect, and simply be. There was something so powerful about coming together, choosing our plants, setting intentions, and sharing an evening filled with warmth and beautiful energy.

A heartfelt thank-you to Chelsea from Sun Rising for joining me and sharing her gifts with us. Thank you for having the courage to guide us through a meditation that was absolutely remarkable and beautiful. The sound of your singing bowls filled the shop and made the evening feel even more magical. I’m so grateful you shared that part of yourself with all of us. 💛

And to the women who joined us: thank you for showing up, for being open to the experience, and for helping make our little gathering so meaningful. Each of you brought something special to the circle. 🌙

My heart is so full, and I can’t wait to see how these gatherings continue to grow and change with the moon. 🌱✨

With so much gratitude,
Selena đź’š

Anyone who’s been part of Prop Me Up since the beginning knows how much love this community poured into me and this little shop. It was beautiful—and, if I’m being honest, overwhelmingly intense.

Making a complete career change and finding my footing as a shop owner was harder than I knew how to prepare for. I was grateful, excited, and completely overwhelmed, sometimes all at once.

And right when I needed it, two beautiful souls found their way to me. They gave me room to breathe, decompress, and get my feet underneath me.

Today, I want to give a special thank-you to Liz. Thank you for your dedication to Prop Me Up, your willingness to learn and grow alongside me, and for helping me put down roots in this community. You’ve been part of this shop’s story, and I’m grateful. I’m wishing you so much happiness and success as you begin your next adventure. 💚

Liz is moving on to bigger and better things. Lance and I are so thankful for you, your kindness, friendship and dedication.

This is Liz’s last week at Prop Me Up, so please pay a visit Wed-Fri 12-5, say hi, thank you and goodbye and take 10% off everything. It’s a Thank You Liz sale 💚

As this chapter changes, I’m excited to step more fully back into my place in the shop—to reconnect with familiar faces, meet all of you who are new, and geek out together over all the planty things.

I’ve missed that connection, and I’m ready to make more room for it.

Thank you for loving this shop and giving me space to grow along with it. I’m feeling excited about what’s ahead. Stay tuned… some changes are taking root at Prop Me Up. 🌱 -Selena
