The garden is winding down, and the squash patch saved the best for last! 🍂 This butternut is just one of this year's haul, along with pink banana, spaghetti, and acorn squash, plus more zucchini than we knew what to do with. Our favorite part of harvest? Saving seeds from the best plants so they can grow again next year. Which squash should we feature next?

Meet our resident genius. 🐔 Our Barred Plymouth Rock flew right over every barrier I put up… and then couldn't figure out how to get back out of the tomato patch. She also made it very clear she did NOT want my help. 😂 Backyard chickens: endless entertainment, occasional double yolks.

Hi friends! 🌱 Ginny Seed is a small, home-grown shop for seeds, seasonal plants, and tea I blend by hand. These Mexican sunflowers are still blooming in my garden, and the bees love them as much as I do! This fall it's all about cozy cups and planning next year's garden. Tell us what you're growing next spring!
