Story time, under a ceiling that does three jobs: light, sound, and color. 📚

At Rushton Elementary's media center, a twelve-cell Soundcore® Notched Cloud has lamp positions built into its cells and a felt surface that absorbs sound. Thirty PoshFelt® Faceted Clouds in Bonfire, Honey, and Sea Breeze carry the color out across the room.

One carved wall, from the front door to the top floor.

Soundcore® Carved Surfaces in Lanai runs through the lobby, commons, and corridors at Kelsey Civic Center in San Francisco, softening the sound of shared spaces and tying them together with a single texture.

Ever wonder what the ceiling looks like at the studio behind Call of Duty? 🎮👀

At Infinity Ward's Austin studio, we supplied a folded felt ceiling for its game testing room: 91 acoustic baffles in a soft grey that rise and fall like terrain over rows of gaming stations while softening a room full of voices.

A little walnut warmth for the walk to class. 🪵

Wood-textured Soundcore® baffles in English Walnut rise and fall over the stairs and flex spaces at Westwood Elementary, bringing warmth overhead while helping quiet some of the busiest spaces in the school.

Most moving walls are built to be ignored.

At the Michigan Folk School in Ann Arbor, the partitions are up all day, splitting one building into classrooms and a Learning Kitchen full of clanging pans and students talking over each other.

We clad them in Soundcore® acoustic felt planks in four colors and three widths, laid out in a pattern built to never repeat. The color ratios are fixed, the placement shifts on every panel, and the black planks never touch. Every plank was mapped across the full run of partitions to make that work.

A design puzzle we loved solving. 🧩

Our acoustic ceiling at the new Mesa Early Childhood Education Center in Colorado had two jobs: quiet busy classrooms and hold all the lighting. Partway through, the lighting plan changed and the space between our baffles doubled.

That kind of change can leave a ceiling looking thin and sounding louder. We reworked our layout so the lights and baffles fit together as one, keeping the intended look and the quiet the rooms needed.
