We started with majority of this floor, being existing prefinished builder grade flooring. We added new solid wood to the office, and also, added unfinished, engineered hardwood to the fireplace room, which is over a concrete slab. We use a Bona US Professional product to seal the concrete before gluing the engineered wood down. The sealer and glue both block potential moisture from leaching into the wood ensuring that the floor stays this beautiful for a very long time. We finished this one with Medium Brown stain, and an awesome looking Bona Traffic HD RAW finish.

Recently finished project in North Wales, PA. We installed new 3-1/4” white oak flooring in the kitchen and foyer, to match the existing hardwood in the LR/DR and the family room. The walls was removed between the DR and kitchen, so we weaved in the new wood Ont hat side for a seamless transition. Sanded, stained special walnut, and finished with .us Traffic HD - Raw, extra matte finish.

Recent project, we removed 2000sqft of basic, builder, Bruce hardwood@flooring, and installed beautifully milled 4” red oak from . Sanded, stained provincial and finished with .us Traffic HD, with a satin sheen. Classic look that works well in any space.
