Trevor from Upfront Electrical did a real solid job. He was straight with me on when he could come out and what it would cost — no runaround or surprise fees. Showed up when he said he would, tracked down the messed-up wiring on the hard-wired smoke detector (the kind of problem that usually turns into a headache), and had it fixed quick. Clean work, no mess left behind, and the detector’s been working right ever since. Would call him again without thinking twice.

Trevor was fantastic! He responded to our request immediately and was able to get out to replace our electrical panel the same day. Throughout the entire process he communicated what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it, as well as explaining billing in advance so we weren’t surprised. He even called out the MAE lineman for us as he was finishing to get our power back on as soon as possible. If you need any electrical work done I would absolutely recommend Upfront.
