Making dreams come true, just in bread form.🍞

Enjoyed whipping up 20 sourdough bread bowls + 2 loaves of bread for Tomorrow River Community Charter Schools. Of course I had to throw in a few NEW rustic baguettes. Keep those eyes opened this weekend, you might just spot them in the stand.🥣

Don’t ask me how, but these baguettes with the added freshly milled hard white and hard red wheat, are so soft and fluffy. Those blisters on them though. A perfect crunch on the outside.🤩

🚨Dale has an announcement.🐐

We’re getting closer to the 4 letter s word we’re kind of dreading, S N O W.❄️

We’ve heard from many of you that have asked if you’ll have access to sourdough goodies over the winter months. The answer is YES.🥖

While we won’t have the actual stand/shed open, we want to offer goodies every other weekend, weather permitting.☃️

Here’s our projected plan:✍🏻

Every other week you’ll have an opportunity to order from a lineup of goodies we’ll be offering, choose your pickup time, and we’ll have you drive up to our front door and we’ll hand deliver your bag of goodies you preordered right to your vehicle window.

🚨Here is our biggest question. Would you prefer pickup on a SATURDAY or SUNDAY? Comment below which you’d prefer. ⬇️

Please be patient once we transition to this for the winter, as this will be a very new process for us so we expect to have some trial and error.

New sourdough flavor unlocked.

We’ll call it Rustic. It has a mixture of OG sourdough starter, bread flour, and the best part? Freshly milled hard red wheat. It has little notes of bold nutty flavors and whole wheat.

This bad boy was baked in open bake method and has the perfect crumb and spring to it.

See you Saturday at 9:30!
