Knocked out a busy punch list for a client recently! 🛠️ Here is a quick look at what we took care of:
Upgraded four toilets with brand-new oblong seats and fresh internal repair kits. 🚽
Installed a brand-new closet light in the primary bedroom and neatly patched the old mounting holes. 💡
Replaced fresh weather stripping on four exterior doors to keep things sealed up tight. 🚪
Handled various minor fixes, including swapping out lightbulbs, replacing a basement can light, and securing a loose rock at the water feature. 💧

Project Complete! 🔨🏠
We just wrapped up all the final details on this Deck Extension & Complete Rebuild project! From finishing out the sturdy custom stairs and support structure to installing the black wire railings, this backyard transformation is ready for its owners.

From tear out to full framing....here’s where we’re sitting at the end of the week! 🔨🏠
We completely removed the old decking, expanded the total layout by an extra 9 feet, and rebuilt on the structure with fresh framing and new boards from the ground up.

We’re not finished just yet we still have to finish out the stairs, add support beams underneath them, and install the porch railings but the difference in size and structure is already incredible! On to the final details! 💪

We tackled a water heater replacement this week! 💧 We swapped out an old unit and upgraded the setup by adding a thermal expansion tank to protect the new system from pressure buildup and extend its lifespan.🛠
While we were there, she mentioned a leak, and Adam noticed her glass shower door handle was loose and practically falling off. Since Adam has known her for nearly 30 years.....dating back to when he was 13 years old and working jobs with his dad. we couldn't just leave it like that. Adam got it tightened and squared away before we left. Taking care of lifelong Customer friends is what it's all about! ❤😍 ‼️

Out at a local medical office today taking care of some exterior maintenance! 🩺 We replaced some damaged wood, fascia, and soffit along the covered patient drop-off port, followed by professional caulking and a fresh coat of paint to keep everything looking sharp and protected against the elements.

Plans change fast! 🪵🔨
We went out for a simple gate removal and small fence section, only to find out we needed to clear a tree first.We got it all knocked out, clearing the space and finishing up with a clean new fence!
