I had some ground beef in the fridge that had to get used, so naturally I made taco soup to can. I had all of the ingredients in my pantry as well. I’m so glad that I got over my fear of pressure canning. It has definitely opened up so many avenues to food preservation for my family. We also had the taco soup for dinner and believe it or not, BOTH kids ate it without complaint.

Good morning and happy Friday Eve, I think. Today is Thursday right?? 🤦🏻‍♀️

The usual stuff going on here today. Animal chores, inside stuff, school, finding my sanity. If you see it, send it my way. Thanks!😊

Ok I’m not good coming on here to start an uprising. I will not fight online with differences of opinion-you are entitled to you as I am mine. Do not disrespect or be nasty.

To clarify, our US government has not put any information out to our population about any of this that I have found. But I have seen it in other countries, and not just the UK.
Again, be kind and don’t get my BP up.
Love you!!
