Photo by Mack H. Frost / I took my last trip of the season to Yellowstone yesterday (Friday). Passed a couple of bear jams but in both cases the bears had gone onto the timber. I concentrated on landscapes and caught this one in the Hayden Valley on the upper reaches of Alum Creek. A gnarly grove of pines on the skyline with a low overcast sky.
