Founds these beauties in the woods taking the dogs for a walk. Think the orange mushroom is a Jack-O lantern. Not sure about the small ones. Love the colors!

October 15 was nationally mushroom day

We have had 2-3/4 inches of rain in 2 days in a row. Did not get the mushroom logs cut. The new logs that we did last winter have started to fruit. Now having to dry mushroom in the garage and dehydrator. Glad for the rain!

It is national mushroom day! Oct 15!

Thank a farmer today and everyday for the food you eat. Try to support them locally. This helps bring money into your community.

It’s rain, finally. We have not had any rain since the first week of August. So far, it’s an inch and 1/4. More still coming.

Had a good turn out for the pasture walk. The drive to the Judy farm went well. The flerd finally had a good graze by the house. Now a new week and new sunrise. Have a good week.

Sept 15 flerd drive. Remember in May we had baby lambs and calves?

Not too bad for not having rain for almost two months. Loving the 70 days.

We have puppies. The girls are enjoying them. They are 6 weeks and mainly Maremma with a touch of Akbash.
Both parents are extremely good LGDs. Have 7 males and 3 females. Let us know if you want one.
