It’s finally the weekend! Come get your fresh eggs for breakfast/fall baking needs. The farmstand is out. It’s with heavy hearts we lost 19 chickens to a pack of coyotes a few weeks back because they were stubborn and hated sleeping inside the coop. We are down to usually only 9dz eggs or so a week now. Come get them before they’re out. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and be safe.

🍂 Fall is here, and so is lamb season. 🐑
Our fall lamb harvest is coming up, and we’ll have locally raised lamb available for your freezer.
There’s something special about knowing exactly where your food comes from—knowing the farm, knowing the farmer, and knowing that the meat on your table was raised right here by a family who cares about doing things well.
If lamb is something your family enjoys, this is a great opportunity to stock up for the season ahead.

🥩 Know where your food comes from. Know your farmer.

With all the recent conversations about imported beef, recalls, and the importance of knowing what’s actually on your family’s table, we think there’s something worth remembering:
Local food is personal.
You can know the farm.
You can know the farmer.
You can ask how your animals were raised.
And you can put food on your table that you can trace right back to where it started.

Our spring lambs are scheduled to be harvested September 16th, and we’ll have locally raised lamb available for your freezer.
If you’ve been wanting to buy more local meat, support a small family farm, or simply feel better about knowing where your food comes from, this is a great time to stock up.
