We’ve kicked off this festive holiday season in our house! Well, I actually started decorating when school started. But recently the temps dropped enough for me to go full steam ahead! There are sprinkles of Fall everywhere you turn in our house. Festive is my middle name! Actually, it’s Jane, but you get the idea. Anyway, we are fully decorated and ready to celebrate every single moment of the season, no matter how big or small! 🎃🍁linking to all in my 📱 in my instagram bio ☝️

I just finished the riskiest whole house reno of all time. Not risky as in knocking down walls or building scaffolding on site. Risky as in, they’re my direct neighbors!!! There’s no hiding. No parting ways when we’re done. If they were unhappy, I’d be reminded every time I mowed the lawn. Luckily I don’t mow the lawn! I digress….

Well, I’m happy to report they are ecstatic with the finished product!!! And so am I. Custom shelving for ALL of their books, endless storage, updated bathrooms, a happy secret closet for their daughter who’s going to write a book (remember us little people!), and personal touches that were hand-picked for everyone in the family! I’m so glad I got to be part of this project! And I’m glad we’re neighbors so I can hear all the fun ways they’re using their new space!

Probably the MOST fun room of my client’s whole home reno, was their daughter’s bathroom. She gave me some direction, and I ran with it. She wanted purple and she wanted it to feel enchanted. 🤩 I built everything around this wallpaper from Inktopia Studio and sourced the other things from various companies. I absolutely ADORE this room and this girl! So fun. I linked to all in my 📱 in instagram bio 🛍️ mirror is no longer available, but I linked to a similar option.

Cafe Curtains…. What a great idea ✨ while our kitchen isn’t fully finished (think wallpaper/granny-chic breakfast nook) we just hosted our wedding and wanted to dress it up just a touch! We installed these custom curtains from THREE GIRLS and what a difference!! I got several texts from friends and family commenting on them! You don’t realize just how much curtains are like the cherry on top of an ice cream sundae 🍦

Window treatments have never really been my top priority. I’ve always played it safe with white because apparently I have commitment issues 😂 But with our new bedroom, I really wanted to put more intention into the details.

I chose the Sara Le Print Linen Curtains in Porcelain by to bring in a little softness, femininity, and texture against our moody walls… and paired with the oak tones and natural wood furniture, I’m completely obsessed with the warmth it adds. 🤍
