What’s playing on the job site? 🎶

We asked the Provision team for their go-to songs, and the answers did not disappoint 🤣

What’s one song you’d add to the playlist?

Primary closet loading… 👀

The primary closet at Clearwater Hills is going to be a killer space once it’s complete. Two-tone cabinetry, steel and glass doors, and a tower washer/dryer setup…because not having to haul laundry up and down the stairs just makes sense.

Can’t wait to see this one finished.

Today at Clearwater Hills, we’re preparing for countertop templating as this home moves one step closer to completion.

It’s the little details that define Provision as a builder and make all the difference in a thoughtfully designed home.

Heather Maddox | Designer designed the rift-cut white oak details throughout, creating a cohesive look and feel from one space to the next.

From the kitchen and w**e bar to the primary bath, every selection compliments one another to give this home a completely new feel.

We can’t wait to see it all come to life.

Wrapping up a busy week at Tatum Estates as we get closer to drywall 🙌

Framing and plumbing are nearly complete, windows are in, and we’re working through the final electrical details. The walls will be closed up just before the crisp fall weather hits.

A lot of critical things happen at this stage that you’ll never see once the home is finished.

Next up, insulation and drywall.

One of the most important responsibilities we have as a builder is finding solutions that positively impact construction costs while honoring the architectural intent designed for the home.

At Tatum Ranch Estates, that meant exploring multiple window and door manufacturers to find a solution that maintained the architectural details of old-world steel without incurring significant lead times and financial impacts.

Vince Galate walks through what we chose and why.
