A bathroom can feel cramped even when the room itself is not especially small.

That was the problem here.

The original bathroom had limited storage, a smaller vanity, and a shower enclosure that visually closed off the back of the room.

We kept the footprint, but made the space work harder.

A longer vanity created more useful storage. Better lighting brightened the room. And the glass shower helped the whole space feel more open.

Same room.

Very different daily experience.

Sometimes you do not need more square footage. You need a better plan for the square footage you already have.

If your bathroom is making mornings harder than they need to be, call Capozzi Design Build at (440) 247-9496.

Before you decide your entire kitchen has to go, ask one question: What is actually not working?

Sometimes homeowners come to us convinced everything needs to change.

- The cabinets.
- The layout.
- The flooring.
- The lighting.
- Every finish in sight.

And sometimes that is the right answer.

But not always.

The better place to start is with the frustrations you experience every day.

Is there nowhere to set groceries down?

Does everyone cross through the cooking area?

Is storage in the wrong place?

Does the kitchen feel dark even in the middle of the day?

Those problems tell us far more than the age of the cabinets.

After more than 20 years remodeling homes in Chagrin Falls and Northeast Ohio, we have learned that the smartest remodel is not automatically the one that changes the most.

It is the one that solves the right problems.

If you know your kitchen needs to change but are not sure what the project should actually include, call Capozzi Design Build at (440) 247-9496.

What if you don’t need a new house … just a new kitchen?

Maybe you love your neighborhood. You love your location. And your home still fits your life in so many ways.

But that kitchen? It’s outdated, cluttered, and just doesn’t work for the way you live anymore.

That’s exactly where thoughtful remodeling can make all the difference.

We took this kitchen from a space that wasn’t working to one that’s beautiful, functional, full of personality, and actually FUN to spend time in.

And the best part? These homeowners get to enjoy a kitchen they love without leaving the home they love.

If you’re in the Greater Cleveland area and wondering whether remodeling could make your home feel right again, we’d love to talk!

Sometimes, it’s the spaces we use every single day that deserve a little extra attention.

We recently wrapped up this basement bathroom remodel, and we love seeing how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely transform a space.

A bathroom should be more than just functional. It should feel comfortable, beautiful, and designed around the way you actually live.

That’s what we love helping homeowners create at Capozzi Design Build. Spaces that don’t just look beautiful when they’re finished, but make everyday life a little better.

Have a bathroom that’s ready for its own transformation? We’d love to hear what you have in mind.

If your kitchen feels crowded every time more than one person is in it, the problem may not be the size of the room.

This homeowner had enough square footage, but the layout made the kitchen feel tighter than it really was. Counter space was limited, traffic moved through the work zone, and there was nowhere comfortable for people to gather without getting in the way.

We rethought the room around how the family actually lived.

The result: more usable prep space, better movement, more storage, and a large island where people can sit without crowding the cook.

The before-and-after is dramatic.

But the real win is that the kitchen finally works the way the family does.

After more than 20 years remodeling homes in and around Chagrin Falls, that is still what matters most to us: not just making a room look better, but making life in it better.

Thinking about what your kitchen could do better? Call Capozzi Design Build at (440) 247-9496.

After 20+ years of remodeling homes in Northeast Ohio, we’ve learned that color is rarely just about color.

It’s about how the whole room comes together.

• Cornflower blue + soft cream can keep a kitchen feeling light.
• Cream + gold adds warmth.
• Natural linen + walnut brings in depth and texture.

When we’re designing a kitchen, we’re also thinking about the cabinetry, countertops, lighting, flooring, layout and how all of those choices are going to live together once the construction is finished.

That’s the part we love: taking an idea you’re drawn to and turning it into a space that actually works in your home.

Which would you start with?

We found this older video of one of our kitchen remodels in Aurora, Ohio, and had to share it! 🤍

This project was about so much more than updating the finishes.

We replaced the original peninsula with an island that seats SIX, added a custom hood, induction cooking, and a beautiful custom coffee bar. ☕

And while we were at it, we refreshed the adjoining family room and fireplace, too!

It’s amazing what thoughtful design can do for the way a family lives in their home.
