When we built the Hampshire Pike Porch, it was the largest and most complex outdoor living space we had ever taken on. Before we built houses, outdoor spaces like these were our bread and butter, and we love to look back at the projects that challenged us to become the company we are today.
This space has three main areas:
1️⃣ 18’x18’ screen porch featuring a fireplace and recessed TV.
2️⃣ Adjacent 10’x18’ deck with the countertop for a bar incorporated into the railing overlooking the back yard.
3️⃣ A patio area with a large, fully roofed cedar pergola, sporting another TV, rolling barn cart, and grilling area.
⭐️ The screen porch and deck have Trex decking, aluminum cable railings, Hardie wrapped posts & beams, AZEK skirting, and beadboard ceilings.
This build is just as satisfying today as it was years ago when we finished.
