Chipotle-Cilantro Copycat Chicken

Smoky, bright, and a little spicy. Sonoran-style flavor, no passport required.

This chicken works on the grill, in the oven, or in the air fryer. I went with the air fryer because I love blackened, extra crispy edges: 400° for 18 minutes, flipped halfway. Missed the previous marinade post? No worries, I've included the full recipe in the comment section below. ☺️ You can leave the chicken marinating from 2 hours or 3 days. The more time, the more flavor!

Pile it over rice and black beans, then add your favorite toppings and salsa. Honestly, you won't taste the difference from Chipotle.
