Happy Halloween from the Window Works crew!

That’s Colin moonlighting as Jake from State Farm. Justin (aka Scuba Steve) was swimming in paperwork, but he’s happy to take a break and deep dive some windows with you. Tyler took home the funniest costume award as the Window Wizard. And Brandon won for both scariest and most original by dressing up as….our founder Jeff! If you know Jeff then you know he nailed it!

Happy Halloweekend, everyone!!

Afraid of heights? Our crew isn’t! Ladders up, drafts out. Fresh Andersen windows going in this week.

Draft coming from the edge of a closed door? The weatherstripping may have hardened, cracked, or lost its ability to create a proper seal. The good news is that kerf weatherstripping is designed to be easy to replace.

Windows are going in! This build has come a long way from an empty lot, and we’re not done yet. Final reveal coming soon!

A window can change how you experience a room. Casement windows open wide to welcome in fresh air, while expansive glass keeps the view open even when they’re closed.

We just hope we get invited back when the pool's open! We'll bring the guacamole!

No job too high! Our crew set up a ladder and plank platform to safely swap out this beautiful arched window above the front door. When the window is way up there, we bring the setup to match.

Justin tested the Low-E glass in his own home on a freezing 30° winter day and again on a 97° summer day, measuring the glass inside and out with an infrared thermometer. In winter, the outside of the glass read 25° while the inside stayed a cozy 69°. In summer, the house stayed cool even after the power had been out for hours!
The results speak for themselves. Watch the full video here

Choosing windows without grilles creates a clean, uninterrupted view while still working beautifully with a traditionally styled home. The surrounding white trim adds the architectural interest without competing with the glass.
