Just wrapped up this basement transformation, and we couldn’t be more obsessed with how it turned out.

This space checks every box, perfect for hosting friends, keeping little ones entertained, and giving adults a place to relax. From the cozy movie lounge to a well-appointed homework station and arts-and-crafts zone, it’s designed to grow with the family.

Because who says you have to wait until the kids are older to have a beautifully designed home? 🎨 🎥 🔥 🏋️

There’s something pretty special about watching a home go from an idea on paper to something you can actually walk through.

This new build has been a project we’ve loved watching come to life collabating with Nate. From design to framing the structure, and now seeing the vision begin to take shape.

✨ Basement, but make it the ultimate destination.

Conceptual renderings for a finished basement designed to seamlessly connect indoor living with the pool area outside. From everyday lounging to game nights and movie marathons, every space was designed with entertaining in mind.

🎬 The Movie Theater — A fully color-drenched retreat complete with comfortable theater seating, a dedicated snack bar for popcorn + candy, and a beverage station for the ultimate movie-night setup.

🍸 The Kitchen — A garage-style pass-through window makes it easy to send drinks, snacks, and poolside bites straight outside.

🎱 The Gathering Room — A relaxed space with a sectional, lounge chair, shuffleboard, and a cozy breakfast nook just off the kitchen.

Three spaces, one basement, and plenty of reasons to never leave. 🥂🎥

A first look at the conceptual design for a guest house on Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks. Grounded in natural materials, clean detailing, and a strong connection to its surroundings. We look forward to continuing the design as the vision evolves!

THURSDAY SKETCH ✍️
The most creative and liberating part of the process = the conceptual design phase… Where thoughts and ideas run wild 🐎 😜 We are thinking about the build process, construction methods, and materials!

A statement in green. 💚 🌴 🐢

This newly completed Boca Grande kitchen showcases stunning Emerald Green stone seamlessly flowing from the countertops to the backsplash, creating a bold focal point against crisp white cabinetry.

The result is a space that feels sophisticated, timeless, and effortlessly coastal 🌊
