“Great design is sustained through the great opportunities of great clients.”

Years ago, my mentor Charles Tapley shared those words with me, and they couldn’t ring truer for this lovely Austin County farmhouse.

What began as a simple kitchen and bath update beautifully evolved into a true restoration and expansion to accommodate a growing family. Our clients completely embraced the vision and the journey!

Built in the 1930s by German immigrants, this home has only known three owners. Peeling back the layers has been like opening a literal time capsule—we even discovered original German newspapers preserved inside the walls.

It’s been an incredible process of design, function, and creative problem-solving. Swipe to see the latest progress pictures—we are so excited to bring this home to the finish line!

Imagine a place designed entirely around community, connection, and the great outdoors. 🌳✨

This is a look at a visionary (though currently unbuilt) concept for a future destination in Washington County. Anchored by a massive central green, the design was built to be a place where people actually want to linger.

The vision brought together:

🛍️ Engaging retail
☕ Local food & beverage
☀️ Sun-drenched outdoor terraces
🤝 Welcoming gathering spaces

Even though it remains on the drawing board, we believe great ideas are always worth sharing.

Look at the natural light in this space! ☀️

We originally designed this sun-drenched, modern lobby for a physical therapy clinic, but it’s officially getting a second life.
From the custom fluted wood reception desk to the deep navy accent walls, this space has incredible bones and a sophisticated vibe. While the custom logo wall will be getting an update, the layout and flow are the perfect blank canvas for its next chapter.

Senior living, reimagined—just outside Houston, TX.

This project has been such a joy to bring to life. We’re partnering with incredible clients who trust the process and aren’t afraid to think creatively.

We’re designing a modern senior living center that blends modern luxury with the warmth of home. Every space is being thoughtfully curated to feel inviting, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing, because elevated living should still feel personal and welcoming.
