One of my favorite tiles to use in a home..handmade, hand formed zellige tile. Beautiful from every angle in the Syverson Tile Smith Development Company

This is your sign to make your dreams come true..waterfall quartz, white oak and sleek fixtures. Working with Smith Development Company and of course yours truly ( Jessica|Jessica Jansma Design ) your custom home or remodel can be a reality.

We are crossing the finish line on this beautiful, warm toned custom. The exterior received her color last week and it’s the perfect accent to this natural stone. Choosing the right colors both inside and out can make or break your home..exteriors should “marry” interiors, and complement one another. The best part is always working with the wonderful Smith Development Company more final photos to come.

This marble was sourced specifically for this half bath; to say I could stare at it all day long is an understatement. I like working with my local fabricators to source just the right piece for each space..as a designer, sometimes that means hours looking through selections only to find the right piece.…but that is what makes my job a blessing,
The ability to create spaces with the intention to give you a feeling when you walk into a room.

I will never get tired of a color drenched room and also this room..sorry not sorry! Choosing the right paint color to drench a whole room in has to be intentional-be a favorite color or give off a sense or feeling when you enter the room.

I started to empty my dishwasher today and thought I’d share some important drawers in a kitchen before I head to some site visits …..space planning is key when designing a kitchen. P.S. don’t forget to hire a designer 😉
