New product alert! (And it is soooo TASTY!)

What do you do when you have access cucumbers and green peppers from your high tunnel that just doesn’t quit? We weren’t quite sure either so Thomas got a little creative in the kitchen! 🧑‍🍳

The result: a sweet and tangy hotdog relish that will be your new favorite condiment.

Try yours by ordering from our online shop and picking up next Friday, November 6 at Passport restaurant. We will be there every Friday from 11am-1pm. ❤️🌱

Holiday season is coming up and we make custom, cozy, handmade-with-love gift baskets. As a hostess at heart, this is probably one of my favorite things to do for our customers. I work with your budget, your theme, and your timeline.

You’ll be guaranteed a beautiful basket with at least one baked good, two of our artisanal farm products, a few items that are “on theme”, and a few more cozy items thrown in.

Between rain showers we are attempting to get the arches up on the new greenhouse today.

When all is said and done we’ll have over 2300 sq feet of retail space for the greenhouse next Spring!

More space = more flowers = more joy!

It’s a pooper scooper kind of morning 😂 💩

Yep! We are spreading composted manure on our field garden today to add some nutrients back into the soil. We do not use chemical fertilizers and everything here at the farm is naturally grown.

Therefore, we put in the extra muscle to do right by nature, feed the soil, and give back what we took. It’s all about sustaining the farm for the future. One simple act today could come back ten fold!

It’s hard to believe it’s still a jungle in the high tunnel. Harvesting tomatillos is a bit of a challenge but I’m really grateful there’s still so many of them!

Salsa verde is in YOUR future! I’ll get it posted online for local pick up as soon as it’s ready. Stay tuned in!

Whew! We did it!!

Last weekend we leaned on our awesome community to move our greenhouse to its new footprint so we can build another in its place.

After some planning, bracing, tying down poles, and bracing some more, we moved it a whole 48 feet! 😅 💪🏻🎉

We have the cutest litter of five kittens here at the farm. They are growing fast and will need loving homes in a few weeks. Mama is a great hunter. 🐈 🐭
