A first look at what’s taking shape in East Boston 👀

We’re excited to introduce a new 35-unit multifamily development now entering the Small Project Review process with the BPDA.

Located along Route 1A, and with some separation from its neighboring buildings, the design starts with bold, sweeping massing gestures that read clearly to passing traffic, then transitions into a more refined scale for the pedestrian experience.

We have a building permit! This project is a new construction 4-unit gem in East Boston. Not only does it offer spacious 3-bed/2-bath units, but each has beautiful bay windows, private outdoor space, and dedicated parking.

This project pushed us to rethink layout, flow, and how the home is actually lived in - resulting in a balance of form and function for this amazing family!

One of a kind design for a one of a kind home.

When it comes to luxury living in Newton, MA, this one feels special. Intentional design can be a big differentiator and who says showers need to be shoved into the corner?? By locating the primary shower in the center of the space, it allowed for a private WC, distinct area for the standalone tub, double vanities, makeup desk, and flexibility along the window wall.
