Remember when we talked about extending that second-floor balcony? 🤔 We did it.

Cantilevered on both sides, just like we insisted.
Limestone is going up on the rear elevation, the arched windows are in, and the details are already transforming the entire house. 🏠

Still a ways to go, but this one is going to be special. We can’t wait to show you the finished product! ❤️

Look at this ellipse 😍 What started as a narrower, shallower staircase on paper became something far more dramatic after we spent extra time in the studio refining every curve.

We elongated the run, pushing deeper into the stairwell, and ended up with this sweeping elliptical form that feels both intentional and effortless. ❤️
