It's not just macrame and goats over here!

I was gifted a bread maker for my birthday, and we've all been enjoying the taste-testing as I experiment with recipes to perfect a good sandwich loaf, along with all the other goodies this thing makes!

Our favorite so far? This soft, fluffy, buttery loaf!

Early yesterday morning one of our goodest boys, Bundy, crossed the rainbow bridge. He was an absolute goober who never really grew out of the puppy phase, always by your side and leaving slobber on you and anything else in his path. But beneath all that goofy love was a fiercely loyal protector who always kept our babies and the farm safe. Our hearts are broken, and our home won’t be the same without him. Run free, sweet boy. You were so loved, and you’ll be missed more than words can say.

Another day, another half gallon of milk because one of my mamas refuses to dry up. 🫠

In all honestly, I really can’t complain too much. There are so many benefits to fresh, raw goat milk, and our kiddos are obsessed with it! I guess I’ll keep milking until Poppy decides she's done. 🐐🥛❤️
