A Shreveport, Louisiana family went viral after posting a dream job listing on EstateJobs. They are offering a couple $180,000 a year to manage their massive 200-acre countryside estate.

The wealthy owners, a couple in their 70s, need a professional duo to oversee their 9,000-square-foot French-inspired mansion, fruit orchards, swimming pool, pickleball courts, event barn, and two Australian Shepherds.

While dedicated landscaping and housekeeping crews handle the heavy lifting, the hired couple divides the remaining workload. One partner manages outdoor maintenance, machinery, and repairs, while the other oversees cooking, daily household logistics, and family visits.

Beyond the lucrative salary, the comprehensive benefits package includes a newly built, private on-site residence, health insurance, paid time off, and a luxury GMC Denali or Lexus SUV.
