This master bedroom, bathroom and closet is one of our next jobs. We’re getting a head start on the drywall patching and perp work so it’ll be ready for paint when we return later this week. The bathroom walls have a texture on them. We will be skim coating and sanding them to make them smooth.

We got a raise on a Friday. About 35 feet worth of raises in the lift to the top of the barn!! We have all of the siding on both barns finished along with most of white trim on the main barn. We have a few porch columns and doors to paint on the main house then this job will be finished.

We put in a long day but we were able to get the metal barn sprayed today and the spot priming done on the main barn. After the power washing the roof and siding, then getting it painted it looks like new. Now we’ll start the painting on the main barn to get everything matching.

We had a productive day with the power washing and prep work on the barns. The roof on the metal barn looks like new after being cleaned. We still have some prep work to do on the main barn before we can start the priming and painting.

We’re doing the power washing and prep work on two sides of this barn, the metal barn, porch columns and garage doors. The barns will be getting painted to match the stables and other sides of the barn which aren’t getting painted. The property here has some great views across the fields.

We have the makeover in this master suite finished. The new wall color along with the bright white on the ceiling, trim and doors give the rooms a coastal feel and look. The tray ceiling with the accent color also adds a nice touch.

We had a productive day at the master suite job. The ceilings are finished and we have the first coat of the new wall color on including the accent in the tray ceiling. Tomorrow we will get the walls in the bedroom and bathroom finished along with the walk in closet.

We’re back at the inside job to get the painting started. The ceilings and closet will be get a primer coat. Then the ceilings, walls, trim and doors will be two coats of finish paint. The walls will be getting a lighter color with the ceilings and trim getting a bright white

We have the garage and shutter job finished. The siding, trim, stucco and shutters on the garage have all been painted. The shutters and doors on the main house have been painted as well. The fresh clean paint adds a nice touch to the exterior of the property.

This master bedroom, bathroom and closet are next on the list of jobs. The homeowners are out of town for a few days so we will be working long days to have the job done when they get home. We’re getting a head start today with getting everything set up and start the prep work.
