Think you know post-frame? Let's clear up three myths. 👇

Myth: "It's just a pole barn."
That may have been true of simple farm sheds decades ago. Modern post-frame is an engineered building system designed for local snow and wind loads, finished with the same interiors, insulation, and mechanical systems as any conventional building — from retail stores and offices to custom barndominium homes.

Myth: "Post-frame buildings don't last."
Properly engineered post-frame buildings serve their owners for decades. Structural Buildings uses glue-laminated columns set on concrete foundation piers, quality steel, and engineered trusses — and we have been standing behind our buildings since 1985.

Myth: "Post-frame is only for farms and storage."
Agriculture is where post-frame started, and it is still a great fit there. But our post-frame portfolio includes commercial facilities, municipal buildings, retail and office space, equestrian arenas, car condos, and fully finished homes. If you can dream it, we can build it — in post-frame.
