Happy Employee Ownership Month! Each October, companies around the world celebrate Employee Ownership Month. It’s the perfect time to recognize the people who make our company successful and honor the identity that sets us apart. Fishman Flooring Solutions has proudly been 100% employee-owned since 2012, and we are thrilled by its impacts on our company over the years.

Our journey toward 100% employee ownership started with the launch of Fishman's Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) in 2003. Fishman’s ESOP provides a unique opportunity for employees to acquire a meaningful stake in the company at no direct cost to them. Over time, Fishman’s ESOP gives employee-owners future economic security, a source of retirement income, and a feeling of pride and ownership over their work. Our employee-owners have a vested interest in how much our company achieves and how well it performs.

Employee ownership has been and remains extraordinarily beneficial for our employee-owners, customers, and business as a whole. As we celebrate over fourteen years of 100% employee ownership, we look forward to what else our employee-owners will achieve.
