🚧 TRUCK vs. CHURCH CANOPY 🚧
A box truck clipped the entry canopy at Central Virginia Assembly of God in Mineral and bent the main 30' steel beam that holds the whole thing up. Not a patch job, so we did it right:
✅ Built a temporary shoring wall to hold the canopy up safely
✅ Cut out the damaged steel
✅ Set a brand new 30' W14x22 steel beam
✅ Ground out and rewelded every impact-cracked weld (engineer approved)
✅ Third-party weld inspection, permitted and PASSED final county inspection
✅ Rewrapped the beam and columns so it looks like nothing ever happened
Lots of late nights under the lights to get it done. Thank you to the church family for trusting us with it. 🙏
