Hi I’m Linda owner of Baileywicks. I’m like a treasure hunter for you and your home. Follow along for the fun of it. Thanks Linda

Specializing in upcycling clothing and decor that gives your style the confidence boost you are looking for. Create, create, create, Any day that I get to make something is a great day. Paint, fabric, old things new things, yikes!!! There is so many mediums to choose from I envy those who can narrow their focus and master one thing. I have always been creating ever since I can remember, and I love to use lots of different mediums so I guess between my shops you never know what you might find. I can tell you this though I will always be trying to learn new things and stretch the imagination. Baileywicks is where you will find my things made from new materials. In an attempt to compartmentalize (if that's a word) my life I also have Southernsalvage, the place you will find my work that is done from salvaged materials, and treasured finds, and urbancraftmarket where you will find supplies to create. I hope you will visit all three sights and keep coming back to see how I grow.

Sometimes you don’t know where you are headed and that’s ok. Enjoy the journey!!
I started with some not so compatible prints and ended with a whimsical surprise. What’s on your craft table today?

It’s easy to get creative when you have a starting place to jump of of. The fabric de-hoarding continues over here. It’s like an archeology dig😂😂😂

I can’t believe I’m letting this go after a good 45 years of hoarding. Curated fabric bundles are ready for you to create your own fabulousness

I can’t believe I’m giving up some of my stash, but here it is. More fabulous fabric bundles to come. Great for textiles art projects, collages, scrapbooking, and my personal favorite upcycled remade clothing. Look for this and many more textiles arts supplies at baileywicks on Etsy or baileywicks. net # fabricart

It’s not everyday that you get to wear a garden party. Love the clothes you wear and wear the clothes you love. Our remade jacket was completed with a lot of free arm quilting and a little bit of monkey business. Size large

Shipping this out today. I just hope it swims fast enough to make it to the lake in time to celebrate.

An effort to use self control, simplify, and create with love has transformed my month. Last month I decided to pair down, not buy anything new and only use what I had on hand to create a new look. Stay tuned for the reveal.

If they are only in your mind your search will be futile. Create them instead. After a lengthy internet search I discovered that I would need to get busy and start creating some patches for my upcycle projects. And because I am no good at gatekeeping here they are for you. Available in my Etsy store @ baileywicks.net. https://baileywicks.etsy.com/listing/4488671845.just search under the category craft supplies.

Some times great things happen when you wander down a rabbit hole. https://baileywicks.etsy.com/listing/4488671845 I was searching for something I wasn’t finding so I decided I needed to create it for the rest of us searching. Here it is a great little collection of upcycled denim patches on etsy.
