Remembering our space in last year's Kips Bay Show House! We so look forward to attending opening night on Tuesday and seeing everyone's beautiful designs.

Last year, our theme for the 50th New York Kips Bay Show House was "Purple in Bloom." We transformed the stairs into robust blooms that served as an allegory for "aspiration, resilience, and joy - an ode to what blossoms from dedication, creativity, and love."

From sketch to construction to interiors, every detail of this Indian Hill residence in Cincinnati, Ohio, has been thoughtfully considered.

The home’s Colonial-inspired architecture draws from the timeless character of historic New England and Martha’s Vineyard. At the same time, the interiors take a more relaxed approach—blending transitional design, classic coastal influences, and refined details. Light and inviting interiors give way to richer rooms, including a handsome Ralph Lauren-inspired study, library/ family room, and billiard bar.

It’s National Dog Day, and some of our favorite clients happen to have four legs. 🐾

We think about about every member of the family when designing a home - including the furry ones. From built-in food and water bowls and durable Crypton fabrics to protect against shedding and spills, to dedicated dog wash stations tucked into the mudroom, thoughtful details can make life a little easier for pets and their people.
