What a delightful autumnal evening we enjoyed together at our popular Pumpkin Centerpiece Workshop! We added several new Members, welcomed kids and teens, gobbled delicious refreshments and hot c***r, and savored friends old and new. Thanks to Jill Windsor for picking up the pumpkins, Audrey Lengbeyer for leading the workshop, and all our wonderful Members for bringing in dried flowers, grasses, berries, and cones that all contributed a buffet of beauty for our centerpieces.

Congratulations to our September 2026 Yard of the Month Winners!
Yard of the Month is judged anonymously by rotating pairs of judges, without any input from our Officers or Board. Every single garden in Cape is entered, every month April - September.
Awards are based 100% on judges' observations; the criteria are neatness, health, design creativity (color, texture, form), and overall appeal. The Garden Club takes pride in the impartiality of our judging process, and thanks our hardworking Member judging teams for continuing this Cape tradition!
Special thanks to Members Renée Riley-Adams and Beth Arruda for organizing our Member judging teams and Jess Lombardi for providing these beautiful photographs! And to Cape Ace, Yard of the Month Community Sponsors, generously donating gift cards to all our winners!
