Kudos to our Painting Department (Tim Bommersbach & Alec)!!

Took a little trip to Lake Osakis this afternoon to take photos of the "after" result... pretty extreme, what a difference! Our guys are doing great work - we're closing in on finishing any exterior projects for the year as weather will be questionable before we know it. We are limited in the number of exterior projects we can do in a season so if you're thinking of having us paint for you next year, please call 320-852-7050 for a FREE quote and to get on our schedule for 2027. 🤩 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🤩

We would like to introduce you to another valued team member, Saul Baldarramas.

Saul was hired back in May of this year as an Insulation Assistant and has quickly become an asset on any crew, always quick to help whoever needs it and wanting to stay productive.

Here are a few details and fun facts we'd like to share with you about him:
He says what he really likes best about working @ Tri County is the experience, the knowledge and the whole environment.

A fun fact that most people don’t know about Saul is that he can't see out of one eye! His vision is around 2/20.

The best piece of advice he has received is: "You are your limit!"

What Saul likes to do when he's not at work is play MTG and hang out with family.
