The moment we never expected. Twenty-two businesses, and the name on the screen was ours.
Before RABE, we were employees on construction sites, learning the hard way and dreaming of something of our own.
Starting a firm meant new problems every day. Some nights we were still at the desk long after everyone had gone home.
We still don't have all the answers. We just keep showing up and figuring it out together.
We waited for this batch of Beyond the Build because we were hungry for guidance. We walked in as the newest firm there.
After every class, the work didn't stop. Ruffa checked our projects while I recapped the lessons, and we updated our team before bed. One of those nights I looked at her and felt so blessed to have her as my partner, in business and in life.
When our logo appeared, Ruffa burst into tears, and I cried because she did. On stage, I found myself remembering where it all began.
These sketches were drawn in my parked car during lunch breaks. And when Ruffa left her job, she took that project and owned it, there for the client and the collaborators until the very end.
Believing in ourselves, in each other, and in God's plan carried us here. And excellence started as just "quality service" until Gila helped us see more: going the extra line in our work, our craft, and our responsibilities.
Thank you to our trainers Gila, Inigo, Ken, and Ina, and to our marshal Shane. You worked as one team with one purpose, and that's the kind of team we want to build.
