*When requesting a quote from us, we do require to hear back in 24 hours for confirmation on booking we will presume you no longer require the work. Should you reply at a later date to accept the quote please bare in mind the quote MAY differ in price from original quote pending timeframe and new growth.

*To confirm bookings,
A **non- refundable 25% of Payment is required prior and remaining 75% of balance on day of work completion....
Or payment arrangements made by management. All payments are to be provided with screenshots for both clients and our records as a form of contract also.

*All communication is via Facebook for paper trail for both clients and ourselves with screenshots of confirmation on all agreements and payments.

* For rescheduling please advise at least 48hrs notice should you need to reschedule your booking. We will allow Two re-bookings (not including our own due to weather) before job is cancelled with no refund. No refund on any payments made If you cancel the job due to rescheduling due to weather delays or other reasons so please make sure your prepared for delays for the job to be completed or 100% committed to fulfill contract.

* Due to weather we may have to reschedule a new booking. Some notice maybe short and possibly the same day notice. We apologize in advance should this happen.

** No Refund Policy:
We do not give refunds on booking deposits that are cancelled by customer. No Refund will be issued if failure to comply with the reschedule rules. This is to cover loss of possible bookings and work.

+** A full refund of all money paid to All Out Backyard Maintenance for the required booking will be issued by
All Out Backyard Maintenance should Management cancel your booking or regular maintenance with our services.

*End of Tenancy Yard Tidies:
- Deposit will still be required for booking purposes
-Final payment needs to be paid on arrival to ensure work is paid for and we are not left unpaid and your no longer living at the address ..

*Invoice receipts can be issued on request provided you supply email address during booking.

If your looking to get a new lawn laid after removing and old garden as in this case an old over grown vege garden, ALL OUT Backyard Maintenance can come and remove the old garden and get your new lawn ready too.
With a couple of bird scarers in place and a light fine spray watering at night, your new lawn will sprout up nicely 😀

Has been a full on week with this garden makeover for one of our lovely regular clients 😀

With a new lime path laid, new edging put in place along with a small retaining wall, a refill on the bath with fresh soil and plants, and additional plants with bark mulch to finish off the gardens.
A quick repairing on the dirt steps and adding lime for better footing.. especially in the winter season.

A couple of very tall trees needing to be removed along with abit of a height reduction giving a better view on a few more in Stokes Valley today...

It's always a good feeling getting to see your work come to life with regular lawn mowing maintenace.. After a hard cut to get the view back it's bounced back nice and healthy like it should 😉
