NRC- Najjar And Rawas Co. Najjar and Rawas (NRC – Engineering Suppliers) is a Jordanian company started in 1995.

We are specialized in the marketing and sales of Mechnical and HVAC systems, especially steam, and hot water boilers, heat exchanger, A/C systems as well as waste incinerators for hospitals and other applications. We provide professional, engineered services for consultants and contractors in the field of equipment selection and specification. We follow the projects from the design stage and follow up the tenders when issued and quote the bidding contractors. An important part of our job is the commissioning and startup of the sold equipment. We have qualified technicians equipped with latest equipment to do start up and calibration of steam and hot water boilers, as well as other equipment's that need start up services.

As part of the project, NRC – Najjar & Rawas Co. supplied a complete steam boiler system featuring:
▪️ 2 × THD-U 500 Steam Boilers
▪️ 1 × Feed Water Tank
▪️ 1 × Blow Down Tank

The solution combines reliable steam generation with essential water management equipment, supporting efficient and dependable boiler operation.

فوائد نظام ال VRF مقارنة بنظام الماء البارد ( CHILLED WATER SYSTEM ) :

- كفاءة نظام ال Samsung VRF افضل من كفاءة نظام التبريد ( CHILLED WATER SYSTEM ) التقليدي، حيث انه في نظام ال Samsung VRF يتم نقل غاز التبريد من الوحدات الخارجية للوحدات الداخلية وتبريد الهواء مباشرة.
بينما في نظام التبريد التقليدي ، نظام الماء البارد CHILLED WATER) SYSTEM ) ، يتم تبريد الماء بواسطة التشلر ومن ثم ضخه الى وحدات التدفئة المروحية ( FCU’s ) ومن هناك يتم تبريد هواء الغرف،
بالتالي كفاءة نظام ال VRF اعلى من نظام ال ( CHILLED WATER SYSTEM ) التقليدي

- استهلاك الكهرباء لنظام ال VRF اقل بكثير من نظام ال ( CHILLED WATER SYSTEM ) التقليدي

- التحكم بحرارة كل غرفة / منطقة افضل واسهل باستخدام نظام ال VRF

- صيانة نظام ال VRF اسهل وارخص من صيانة نظام ال ( CHILLED WATER SYSTEM ) التقليدي، حيث ان النظام الاخير بحاجة لمراقبة مستمرة لنوعية الماء ونظافته، بينما نظام ال VRF يعتمد على غاز التبريد من خلال مواسير نحاسية وليس بحاجة لصيانات دورية مكثفة او تنظيف للمواسير.
