First look at The Glen, our new show home for Park Developments

We wanted buyers to walk in and feel something, so we chose terracotta walls, a deep navy sofa and soft curves instead of the usual beige✨

Full reveal coming soon.

What makes a good student living environment?
This is more than a place to sleep. It is a place to study, connect, recharge and feel at home.

For Coleman Court, we explored the balance between privacy and community, focus and social interaction, comfort and functionality✨

Because good student living is about creating an environment that supports everyday life🥰

19/10/2026

For Coleman Court, we approached the design with a hospitality-led mindset, moving beyond the traditional idea of student living to create an environment with the character and quality of an aparthotel✨

The aim was to create something fresh and contemporary, a space that feels elevated, welcoming and considered, while still responding to the everyday needs of student life😊

A kitchen defined by simplicity, warmth and balance✨

For this area, a palette of soft whites and neutral tones creates a clean, timeless foundation, while warm wood textures introduce depth and a sense of comfort.

The result is a kitchen that feels refined without feeling cold, designed to be both functional and welcoming as part of the everyday home🥰

Thoughtful materials. Quiet details. A space designed to live in.

For the conference room at Xeolas Pharmaceuticals, we looked for a balance between a strong corporate identity and a more welcoming, human atmosphere.

Deep forest green establishes a sense of depth and character, while warm oak introduces a natural contrast that softens the overall environment. At the centre, the table brings the room together, both visually and functionally , creating a setting for communication and collaboration😊

The result is a space that feels confident without being rigid, refined without feeling formal.

A considered environment for ideas to meet✨

When designing your home, it can be tempting to focus on what to add , another piece of furniture, another decorative object, another layer of detail.

But a well-designed interior is not defined by how much it contains. It is defined by how thoughtfully each element works together✨

Consider the balance between materials, colour, light, texture, proportion and negative space.

When these elements are carefully considered, the result is a home that feels cohesive, functional and timeless.

Before adding more, ask yourself: what does the space actually need?

Let us know in the comments👇

A space designed to bring people together.

At Xeolas Pharmaceuticals, the social hub creates a place to pause, reconnect and exchange ideas beyond the everyday workplace.

Clean lines, balanced proportions and a restrained material palette create an environment that feels contemporary, welcoming and intentional✨

Because a workplace is not only about productivity, it’s also about the moments in between, the conversations, connections and sense of community that shape the way we work together😊
