AND House
An Expression of Tropical Modernism.

A contemporary residence where bold geometric forms, honest materiality, and tropical greenery come together. From its sculptural façade to its open, light-filled interiors, the architecture creates a seamless dialogue between built form and nature.

At the heart of the home, a Japanese-inspired tatami area is seamlessly integrated into the communal space through subtle changes in floor elevation and warm wooden textures. This intimate yet flexible setting brings cooking, dining, and gathering together, fostering a sense of connection, warmth, and tranquility in everyday living.

TBT House
Designed to Breathe. Detailed to Protect. Engineered for Comfort.

Good architecture goes beyond aesthetics. At TBT House, thoughtful details and thermal simulations work together to create a more comfortable living environment. The roster wall encourages natural ventilation while maintaining privacy, the integrated gravel bed helps manage wind-driven rain, and the adjacent aquarium brings a subtle connection to nature.

Through operative and surface temperature simulations, we also explore how heat affects indoor comfort and the building envelope, informing better decisions in materials, shading, and passive design.

Because architecture is not just about how a space looks, but how it performs—and how it makes you feel.

TBT House
A home designed to breathe with nature.
Raw concrete, warm timber, filtered daylight, and layers of tropical greenery come together to create spaces that feel calm, grounded, and alive. Rather than treating nature as something to simply look at, the house brings it into the everyday experience through inner gardens, generous openings, natural ventilation, and shifting patterns of light throughout the day.
Inside, warm textures and functional details create a quiet sense of comfort, while each space maintains a visual connection to greenery beyond. From shared living areas to private bedrooms and workspaces, every corner is shaped around simplicity, warmth, and a closer relationship with its surroundings.
Architecture that doesn’t separate living from nature, but allows both to grow together.

TBT House
A dialogue between rawness and warmth.
This residence explores the balance between exposed concrete, natural timber, and tropical greenery. The composition of solid masses and filtered openings creates a sequence of spaces defined by privacy, natural light, and connection to the surrounding landscape.
From the façade to the interior, every element is designed to embrace simplicity — allowing material, texture, and atmosphere to become the main expression of the architecture.

KMB House
Concrete and wood, a dialogue between strength and warmth.
Concrete gives the building its permanence. It defines structure, creates silence, and establishes a sense of order. Wood brings a different character, a natural texture, warmth, and a human touch that softens the rigidity of the material.
When these two elements meet, architecture becomes more than a composition of materials. The contrast between the rawness of concrete and the warmth of timber creates a balance between timelessness and intimacy.
The solid concrete frame becomes the foundation, while the wooden screen filters light, creates shadows, and connects the building with nature. Together, they form a facade that changes throughout the day, revealing different expressions through sunlight, texture, and time.
A quiet harmony between what is built and what is felt.

Concrete for permanence.
Wood for connection.
Together, they create a place with both strength and soul.Creating Calm Through Simplicity
A home does not always need complexity to create a strong presence. This residence is shaped through a simple composition of concrete planes, natural wood textures, and controlled openings. The wooden fins act as a second skin. Filtering sunlight, providing privacy, and creating a constantly changing play of shadows throughout the day. The contrast between the weight of concrete and the warmth of timber creates a balanced atmosphere: grounded, natural, and timeless.
A contemporary home designed to age gracefully with its surroundings.

CSM House
An architectural idea begins to reveal itself long before the house is complete.

As the structure takes shape, openings begin to frame daylight, shadows define the depth of each surface, and materials slowly establish the character of the house. What was once a drawing is now becoming a sequence of real spaces, experienced through light, proportion, texture, and movement.

This is CSM House in transition.
A journey through light, still in the making.

PB2 House
This house is designed not merely as a living space, but as a system that responds to the surrounding climate. Openings, ventilation blocks, and louvers are strategically placed to create natural airflow paths that draw in fresh air, circulate it through the living areas, and exhaust warm air through the top of the building.

Ventilation blocks maintain privacy without obstructing airflow, while roof-level louvers facilitate passive heat release. Simultaneously, solar panels harness sunlight as an additional energy source for the home. It is a simple bioclimatic approach: reducing reliance on mechanical systems by allowing the architecture to work in harmony with the sun and the air.

A house designed to breathe, respond, and perform.

PB2 House

A house designed not only to be lived in, but to breathe.

PB2 House

MLG House
Bioclimatic Principle
The building is designed to work with the natural movement of air, creating a passive cooling strategy through cross ventilation. Combined with generous overhangs and a central pool that contributes an evaporative cooling effect, the system reduces heat gain and improves indoor thermal comfort without relying entirely on mechanical cooling. Here, architecture becomes a breathing system integrating wind, shade, and water to create a cooler and more comfortable living environment.
