This one's pretty standard, a nice newbuild in white with the usual corrections required: cracks, nail heads, unsanded edges and more silicone than Barbie.

Silicone cut out and trim sanded back,replaced with proper caulk which is paintable. Once prepping is done, it'll be a Durable Matt and WB satin.

Taking back the failed sides where the paint finish faces the weather. Peeling, cracked and resin bleed.

Well, thats another large project comple with two very happy Customers. I was even given a tip on top which blew me away.

I won't spam the post with endless pictures.

Below are a couple of examples from the job, tired white rooms with varying degrees of stains cracks of ceilings and mold.

Finished rooms in first two then some of the issues. In all I fixed and repaired eleven areas.

The nice part to this was that it came from a word of mouth referral.

Final bits and clean up on the back areas for the staff entrance. Trust me it was a wreck after 2 yrs of neglect.

Took alot of effort to stabilse the walls and failing plasteri but once brought to heel, it was sprayed throughout.

McPherson Durable Matt, and Zinsser Allcoat Satin.

Looking waaaay better and happy staff and customers. ☺️☺️

Sail Loft progressing well, starting to look good. I won't do any spoilers.

Interior walls were stripped back to stone in alot of areas downstairs due to past flooding over last 2 yrs.

Pic below shows the resprayed walls looking clean and tidy.
