long term leak from the filler pipe due to the doughnut not being fitted properly doh!! This has been leaking ever since the bathroom had been fitted from new, no words for this really just glad can fix it for my customers, so toilet has been removed along with the waste pipe, the lino has been removed to tint being saturated and the saturated ply floor lining removed, I remove the bath panel to check for leaks which was all done apart from a lose waste which thankfully wasn't leaking.
Back in 5 weeks to re fit the the toilet new waste & new flush doughnut seal.
Then stain blocking and full decoration of the bathroom ceiling and the kitchen ceiling & walls
