🎄 A late addition to my weekend! 🎄

I’m pleased to say that Embrace Hope will be showcasing right here in my home town of Runcorn this Sunday at the Artisan Market at The Queen of Hearts Pub!

📅 Sunday 1st November
⏰ 11am–4pm
📍 The Queen of Hearts, Runcorn

Alongside Embrace Hope, there’ll be a great selection of local artisan stalls, live music, free face painting and crafts, plus plenty of food and drink.

It’s a lovely opportunity to support local makers, discover something a little different, grab a pint and get a head start on your Christmas shopping 🎁

I'm excited to showcase Embrace Hope close to home, so come along, say hello and see what Runcorn’s local makers have to offer. ❤️

🎃💡 A little something spooky for Halloween…

My latest handmade pumpkin lantern, created from wood with a hand-carved face, painted finish and coloured resin details that come to life when the light is switched on. 👻

Inside is a rechargeable USB LED bulb, turning it into a glowing Halloween decoration for those darker autumn evenings.

Handmade from start to finish — and definitely looking a little grumpy about something! 🎃😂

Just in time for Halloween.

My LED lit pumpkin recently joined a customers display and I received this great spooky atmospheric photo of it in situ. The pumpkin is really brought to life in the darkness by the warm resin amber glow and backlight. 🎃

Tonight at 7pm, I’ll be lighting up this piece I created for Baby Loss Awareness Week, in remembrance of babies who died during pregnancy, at birth or in infancy. 🩷💙

Something many of you may not know is that, alongside Embrace Hope, I’ve spent over 10 years working within crematoria. Through that work, I have met far too many parents facing the heartbreak of saying goodbye to their baby.

I haven’t experienced this loss personally, and I wouldn’t pretend to know how it feels. But those families have stayed in my thoughts, along with the love they carry for their children and the futures they had hoped to share.

As others light their candles tonight, this light will be my small act of remembrance and solidarity.

To anyone carrying the loss of a baby, whether recently or many years ago: your baby matters, your grief matters, and there is no expectation for you to share your story or find the right words tonight.

Thinking of you, your babies, and everyone who holds them in their hearts. 🕯️
