Fresh inspiration from London’s design showrooms.

Last week, our design team headed to Clerkenwell to explore the latest furniture pieces and design trends, visiting New Design Group, OB&B, Andreu World and MDD.

The day offered an opportunity to step away from our screens and experience products in person, with a lunch and learn at Andreu World providing time to explore ideas together.

Showroom visits bring a different perspective to the design process. The comfort of a chair, the texture of a finish and the proportions of a table are all details that deserve a closer look.

For our team, it’s valuable time to share observations, challenge ideas and consider how different pieces could work within the workplaces we create.

Explore our student accommodation transformation at One Penrhyn, Kingston, for Swiss Life Asset Managers UK.

We reimagined 3,000 sq ft of communal space to give students somewhere welcoming to study, socialise and feel at home.

Quieter study areas, a café-style teapoint and gaming spaces provide settings for different moments in the day. Movable furniture lets residents arrange the space around them, while community display boards make room for their artwork, memories and events.

🏆 We're delighted to be named a finalist for Workplace Design of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards 2026 for our project with Recordati.

The 6,500 sq ft workplace transformation at Breakspear Park was designed to unite teams following the acquisition of EUSA Pharma, celebrate Recordati's 100-year heritage, and create a destination that supports modern, flexible ways of working.

From a completely reimagined arrival experience to dedicated wellbeing spaces and collaborative environments, the project demonstrates how design can strengthen culture, support performance and create meaningful employee experiences.
