The secret's out. Introducing Cherry Creek, A Four Seasons Private Residence.

The project brings 42 residences to Cherry Creek, one of Denver's most established luxury neighbourhoods, and marks Four Seasons' first standalone private residential offering in Colorado.

The design is shaped by its distinctly Denver setting, from views toward the Rocky Mountains to its relationship with the walkable neighbourhood at street level.

Articulated masonry, natural stone, refined metalwork and expansive glazing give the eight-storey façade depth and respond to Denver's changing light.

More to come as Cherry Creek, A Four Seasons Private Residence, takes shape.

Water is a design partner.

From the outset, the vision for Phase II of Pier Sixty-Six was to create a waterfront destination that could only exist in Fort Lauderdale. In the early stages of design, the team took to the water, arriving by boat to experience the site as a guest would - an experience and perspective that fundamentally shaped the design.

As part of this vision, Tavistock has dedicated an acre of land to both widen the canal fronting the Harbour Inlet neighbourhood and to create a new water basin that extends alongside the ground floor shops and restaurants.

The result is a site where water will move through the architecture, setting the pace for how guests and residents arrive, gather and stay.

This allowed us to treat water not as the setting, but as the centrepiece.

At Prince Bay Taiziwan Residences, the experience of coming home begins well before reaching the front door.

Residents arrive from the waterfront and move through a sequence of garden atriums, outdoor terraces and shared spaces. A key driver of the design was to strengthen the connection to the surrounding landscape throughout the journey, with a focus on air, light, ocean and mountains, extending that experience beyond the views from the residence.

Vertical urbanism extends beyond the tower.

At Zhuhai International Convention Centre, nearly one million square metres of convention, hospitality, workplace and public space are organised as a connected waterfront district. A continuous architectural ribbon threads through the development, linking buildings, guiding movement and creating a unified identity across a project delivered over more than a decade.

Spanning multiple phases and building typologies, the project showcases how large-scale urban development can be shaped into a cohesive piece of the city.

The 10 Design team is heading to VU Summit in London this month, with the 10n Collective.

Bringing together leaders advancing the future of cities through tall buildings and vertical urbanism, the summit creates a platform for meaningful dialogue across disciplines.

We're proud to play a role in this year's programme, but most importantly, we look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new ones and taking part in the conversations shaping the future of our cities.

We hope to see you there.

At the heart of Jinwan Aviation City in Zhuhai, China, Jinwan Huafa International Business Centre draws inspiration from the site's history as an airfield.

The building's distinctive aerodynamic forms reference aircraft wings, creating a landmark that reflects the district's aviation heritage while looking towards its future.

Positioned along the waterfront, the mixed-use development brings together hospitality, office, retail and public space, with its towers oriented to maximise views across the lake and surrounding greenspace.

The design connects the site's past with a vibrant new chapter of urban life on the lakefront.

We're looking forward to joining industry peers in Miami for the ULI Fall Meeting later this month.

Bringing together leaders from real estate, design, development and more, Urban Land Institute continues to be one of the industry's most important forums for sharing ideas, strengthening relationships and exploring the opportunities shaping the built environment.

It’s especially exciting to have this year’s meeting in our backyard, in a city that continues to grow and evolve, and where we have a number of projects underway. As part of the programme, our team will be taking part in tours at Pier Sixty-Six and Miami Design District, offering a closer look at projects helping shape the city.

Setting the standard for the urban tech campus.

At AAC Technologies Houhai Headquarters in Shenzhen, workplace, research and retail are brought together within a single mixed-use tower.

Designed to house the company's headquarters and R&D centre, the project reimagines the traditional corporate campus with a vertical ecosystem inside a pair of interlocking tower volumes, supporting work, collaboration and daily life.

Rather than occupying a sprawling site, the development concentrates the functions of a technology campus into a compact urban footprint, reinforcing connections between the workplace and the city around it.

While conversations around high-rise architecture frequently focus on height, density and performance, Shunde Rural Commercial Bank Headquarters demonstrates how cultural narratives can also shape the design of a tower.

Inspired by the stone foundations, craftsmanship and architectural traditions of Lingnan, the design reinterprets familiar cultural references at the scale of the skyline. A moon-gate crown shapes the top of the building, while a vertical "gold vein" connects the base to the skyline.

As cities continue to build upwards, projects like this prompt a broader question: how can tall buildings reflect the character of the places they inhabit?

A new chapter for Guangzhou's waterfront begins with Taikoo Li Julong Wan.

Once a working waterfront and a key node on the Maritime Silk Road, Julong Wan grew around warehouses, factories and the waterways that connected Guangzhou to the wider world. While many of these buildings fell into disuse, more than 400 trees, including banyans up to 150 years old, continued to thrive. This industrial heritage and established landscape provided the starting point for the site's resurgence.

Rather than clearing the site and starting again, Taikoo Li Julong Wan works with what was already there. Former industrial buildings have been carefully adapted for contemporary use, while the masterplan is shaped around existing trees and their root systems. This approach has delivered a more than 50% reduction in carbon emissions compared to conventional new-build retail.

As the wider Julong Wan regeneration progresses towards completion, the opening of Taikoo Li offers an early glimpse of the district's future: a place where heritage can be experienced firsthand and nature remains woven into the everyday life of the city.
