This is the downstairs bathroom to the last bathroom we posted.
There’s a nice 4inch pipe hiding behind that bath and no one would know…… until we tell you!
The grey quartz feature wall pops next to the concrete silver main walls.
The rustic flooring blends in well and matches the rest of the house when it’s done too!

Many many strings to our bows and kitchens is obviously one of them as well!
Not our usual one day install for this especially due to having solid stone worktops fitted.
Our expert kitchen fitters eye for detail and finishing always leaves the customer happy!

This room could tell stories if it could speak!
It’s been a kitchen, a bathroom (a really bad one at that) and now it’s a show piece en-suite!
Fitted with macerater originally it caused nothing but problems clogging up, breaking down and leaking.
Back to basics stripping out this bathroom and the one below meant we could sort this issue out by installing a hidden 4inch waste pipe instead of the macerater that was trying to force everything down a 1inch 1/2 pipe!

Astral stone matt twining with the beige concrete panels and rustic willow flooring looks absolutely amazing and the new layout gives the customer the perfect set up to last Years to come without those pesky leaks and faults!

Although we are based in Kilmarnock we travel all over Scotland to install our bathrooms.
Elgin is certainly our second home we have installed loads of bathrooms, kitchens and double glazing up there.
This one is another one up there.
A lot of work done in just 6 hours for this one! It’s took us longer to drive up there and back 😂
Small brick black matched to the silver concrete main walls with linhe oak flooring is such a good seller and you can see why!

Our competitors really like to talk about us lately. Always assuming we cut corners on a one day bathroom installation!
Well on this occasion we actually did!
A completely misshaped room meant getting a decent set up in there that worked to give access to a big shower area would have been hard….. well maybe for our competitors but not us!
Our 60kg solid stone anti slip trays are so strong we know that when we are cutting a corner off them it won’t effect its strength.
Just look how much space there is in there and how easy it is to get into compared to the old set up!
Thinking outside the box is what we do…..
get in touch for the best wet walled bathroom around.
We will not be beaten in quality and speed!

A nice revamp of this big “cloak room” toilet in Kilmarnock last week.
Customer went for our stunning silver concrete panels matched to the grey black concrete style effect flooring.
They also chose the stunning designer tower rad for extra heat in this big room!
We also had the added job of extending the flooring into the utility room too!

Hey look at this! A customer who got exactly what they asked for after being assured we would do the job right!
Asking questions before an install is perfectly fine we always want you to choose us for the right reasons especially if we have the correct answers and skill set to back it up.
This stunning bathroom in Kilmarnock was originally leaking from every point even into the kitchen below!
As ever all new pipe work was installed and corrected before we even started to fit our stunning bathroom kit.
A sad tired room changed to a warm show piece in just one day with no mess or fuss!
Why wouldn’t you use us?
Get in touch now we only have a few spaces left before Xmas now!

Another day install done right!
The customer really wanted a walk in shower so we reduced the size of the cupboard to extend the length of the tray.
Then everything else was as normal for us installing our standard spec kit and wet wall.
The beige concrete sits nice with the Arran sandstone flooring.
Finished off with the bright LED’s in the new pvc ceiling this en-suite has been given a massive lease of life!

As a car fanatic I hate to see a garage door being removed…. I’m partial to seeing the odd classic hiding in one!
But new builds just don’t give you good space to put a car in them anymore so changing them to a gym or darts cave is always a good second option.
We supplied and installed these beautiful outward opening French doors with side lights to this brand new house to give the customer a bit of light when working out or throwing those 180’s!
And that’s not even mentioning the security of them as well with their ten point locking system and anti lift hinges.

Imagine you hired a company to do your bathroom without them surveying it.
Imagine they appeared with all the products you asked for and managed to fit them all in just one day.
Imagine trusting a company enough that they have the skill set to know they can alter and move pipe work from just a photo.

Well imagine no more with Butler Installations because that’s exactly what we did with this job.
Our customer bought their new house and wanted us to do the install on the day they got the keys!
The only way to survey it before hand was by photos of the for sale post!

The customer chose everything they wanted and we came up with the plan to move items around to allow the bathroom to work better…..

A one day install, alterations, repairs and signed off….. on the same day!
There’s no one can beat our work ethic or our attention to perfection in such a short space of time.
Many believe it’s impossible but we just like to prove everyone wrong.
That’s why all our business is word of mouth .
A company you can trust to do the job correctly and give you the service you want before, during and after!
